MWD boasts one of the most powerful rendering systems in the Australian 3D industry. Our commitment to technology ensures we have a large array of the latest computer processing power resulting in faster and high quality production.
Without compromise, we have spent the last three years designing and building our IT infrastructure to suit out exact needs. Utilizing only the best systems on the market, combined with our experience in the 3D industry we have developed a unique setup that provides high efficiency rendering power at our artists' disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

STORAGE CAPACITY
We understand our clients may return to projects that were completed from a week to several years ago. As a result we have invested in superior capacity storage servers to ensure all projects are 100 per cent live and accessible for up to ten years. No delays with recovering old backup archives and no charges.

DATA REDUNDANCY
Data redundancy is another key feature of our specialised systems. We have a detailed backup and swap - over data servers. This ensures if any main data server is interrupted during a project, one of the mirror servers will pick-up all project data. As a matter of course we periodically archive to permanent storage for backup and security purposes.

DATA SECURITY
MWD undertakes rigorous measures to ensure all client data is safe and secure. Our networks have the highest level hardware firewalls from Cisco Technologies and no direct outside line access. Our IT infrastructure is completely self-sufficient and non-reliant on external contractors, eliminating an additional parties access to client data over a projects' lifespan.

DIGITAL ASSETS
We pride ourselves on our extensive digital asset library. Our library comprises models, textures/shaders, lighting rigs and base scenes like sun and sky setups.

April 2012 - To keep up with our ever- growing work book, MWD accepts delivery of new Boxx Technologies render nodes from Austin, Texas, USA.

March 2012 -MWD accepts delivery of new data servers from IBM USA.
